Abstract:

The felony of not observing the regulations concerning explosive materials is a new incrimination in ou criminal legislation. The present article is an analysis of the constituent elements of the felony, with reference to the legal norms in operation. At the same time, the distinction is made between this felony and that of not obeying the status of nuclear and radioactive materials.
